Scrub cap pattern and instructions
help our front line workers and sew this free scrub cap patterns for hospitals that request them.
I’ve created this scrub cap pattern based on others being shared in makers groups and used in an instructional video. I revised it for fit and to make it clearer how to put it together, but I focused on getting it out quickly rather then tweaking the instruction design, since there’s an instruction video anyway. https://mycrafts.com/diy/diy-scrub-cap-sewing-tutorial/
You’ll need 1/2 yard of clean cotton fabric, a printer, tape and scissors, 3” of elastic, sewing machine and thread.
Please watch the video on how to put it together. These are being requested by Guelph General Hospital. Please reach out to hospitals, senior and long term care facilities, and shelters in your area for need. These are not fully protective and should not be used to shield airways from viral infection
